How to write a forwarding letter?

Please help me to write my letter?

• Hi all, There is girl in our company which I really like I think she likes me too but there is problem, she is my boss and I'm afraid to say anything to her. We went out a few times for drinks and lunch... Anyway, I was thinking to send her a gift with a letter to say there is someone who likes you, however I’m not gonna write my name on my letter. Please help me to write my letter as my English is not very good, just a few short sentences will do. Something like this: Hi or Dear Rebecca, I wish I could hold your hand and look into your eyes to say how much like you and how crazy I’m about you, you made me think I can’t stop thinking of you. Also, like I said, I’m not gonna sing this letter but I really like to finish it nice, what should I write at the end of my letter? Is it good?
