Can anyone help me out to correct my statement letter?. i truly appreciate. GOD BLESS YOU?

  • Dear: To whom it may concern at the Appeals Board, My name is …………and my SSN# is……… and my case # is ……… I would like to protest for (re)) redetermination and request for hearing appeal. I have been through a lot of struggling in my life and this my personal statement I am not blaming lacks company or the UIA. I have lived in Kent county Michigan for thirteen years, I have worked for …..company from 8/8/98 to 8/8/10 my job was part of my life, I was a very hard working employee and I have always been on time to make sure that am there when am needed. I never wanted to quit …..company my dream plan was to work for …… company until I retire, but unfortunately it didn’t happen the way I always wanted. I really appreciated and loved working for ……….company is like I can’t miss even one day I really didn’t like the way it ended. Relocating my family it was very important for me and my family, Due to my situation I am married with five beautiful children with my wife. In 2001 me and my wife we’ve been separated, since then I have really missed my family, and in June 2010 my wife and my kids they move to CA. I became so sick. Depression, anxiety and stressed-out. I have tried to talk to my wife if we can get back together after a long negotiations she finally accepted me back. I have even tried to make her move back to MI. but for some reason she disagreed about moving back to MI. so on Aug/2010 i gave my Company ……. a two weeks notice that I am voluntary quitting on 8/8/2010 but I did not state my personal reason. So I moved on aug/2010 as soon as possible I started looking for a job to work. I never thought or remembered about applying for an unemployment and I never collected unemployment for getting fired, quitting or permanent lay off. Because I have been always independent working and very hard working person for thirteen years I don’t like to depend on someone else. But this time I am going through a lot of difficulties. To enable marital status and family reconciliation, I resigned my job in Michigan on ( 08/08/10 ) and rejoined my family in California. Having looked for work unsupported for 12 weeks, and on the advice of a qualified case worker told me to apply for unemployment, I applied for unemployment benefits .My application has been denied. Can the Appeals Board rule on the applicability of any part of the leglislation concerned allowing for compassionate grounds? I am actively seeking work, I continue to look for work, I have applied on monster.com, nbty.com, kellyservicess.com, randstad.com, shimano.com, I am looking and applied at the job's classifieds, I am trying hard the best I can to seek employment to be with my family but is just down on my luck trying to find employment.
