    You could definately find them on youtube, but pokemon's own website has episodes you can watch. They tend to have 6 or 12 episodes available to watch for about a week or so (maybe a month, I don't remember), starting from the beginning of the show. They rotate to the next set of episodes (in chronological order, of course) after the time is up. It's luck of the draw, really. As far as I know, they are currently playing episodes from the Advanced Generation Series (Season 7, Season 2 of Hoenn) Youtube may have certain episodes you'll want to see, though not all of them, but the pokemon site is guaranteed to have the episode you want at some point, though not on demand, excluding Japanese only episodes.
