What is the best CO2 tank for my MR1?

Can i leave co2 in the co2 tank for a paintball gun for two days?

    yes as long as the temperatures arent extreme the co2 will be fine. i have waited a year or so to use my co2 and it worked just as good as the day i filled it

General answer: Yes But to be safe its always better to at least partially drain a tank as car temperatures can rise to be much greater than outside. Besides it will scare the hell out of you if a burst valve ever goes while your driving! Its not that much to get one filled. Personally Id suggest draining it then have it filled when you get to the field. Id rather worry about paying a few bucks to fill it than have to worry about the shop having a valve to replace yours if it happens to go in the mean time.

Don't leave it pressurized for someone to unknowingly pickup. Plus it's not the best thing for your gun either. Always unscrew your tank and empty any residual air out by dry firing in a safe place outside.
