How do i record myself playing games with commentary?

i know this is a question that gets asked a lot but im hoping to record myself playing games not just online but fun blind walkthroughs for people i also will be recording myself play online games but that is later,for now just want to record xbox 360 ps3 wii 3ds. I appreciate the help thank you. before i forget my setup is this... my monitor is my computer screen and gaming screen and my desktop and 360 are close to each other the other systems are connected to my other tv but i dont mind moving those if i have too. i can easily change from desktop to xbox, just wondering if this is a plus.
