Where To Party In Cebu?

Where should i have my birthday party?? please help!!?

• ok so my birthday was about a month ago (april 12th) my parents said i can have a party but during the entire month of april to now, my parents have been working on re-doing the entire kitchen. now that they are finished, i am able to have my birthday party. however, our dog is extremely vicious. he has bit a few people before, and made them bleed :/ we tried getting a few trainers for him, but they haven't worked out so far. anyways, my parents say im not allowed to have my party at our house, which is what i had originally planned. i wanted to have an outdoor party and go in the pool etc. but my mom said that would put way too much stress on the dog so im not allowed to have the party at my house. now i have no idea. my mom suggested a bowling party, but ive already had about 5 of those and im a little too old for that now... so any ideas for a place where about 9-12 fourteen-year-olds can hang out? eat? have fun??? PLEASE HELP! thank you (:

  weelllll im 11 yeer old boy and i like to go paintballing, fun for boy and girl,or you could go to a movie then pizza and a sleepover, i got more ideas, so just add me and talk to me if u need help :)
