Why is everyone on the GTS on Pokemon Platinum so crazy?

In pokemon platinum,how can I find the missing pokemon included(http://www.serebii.net/platinum/missing.shtml)?

    Those missing pokemon cannot be found in the game. When you said, "I don't mean trading from the GTS, because we need first to have that pokemon already in the pokedex...." are you talking about needing to see those pokemon? Because if you are, you should be able to see all the ones you need to fill your hoenn dex in game. Those missing pokemon are just not catchable. Some are seeable though like skunky. Or you can just cheat.
