My sims3 game wount work the sim3 game launchers is frozen n i need toupdate it but it wount le me?

  • i was about to play my sims3 game a couple days ago and my sims3 game launcher was frozen but you couldt still hit the blue button so i hit the blue button and it said my sims3 game was cunpatable with the ezpoion pack or somthin like that and it said i needed to update it but it wouldn let me becuase it frozen ive watied 1hr and it still doin the sma i really want to play my sims3 game so can somone PLEASE!!!! help me!?!?1 thanks!! ~<3dani<3~

    Well that has happened to me before and my computer had goton a virus from something eles like one of the website i have been to so go check your history and look at the programs i bet thats what is happing
