Why wont the Sims 3 work?

Why wont My sims 3 work?

  • Everytime i try to load the sims 3 a message shows up saying that my ''Video hardware acceleration'' is disabled due to safe mode opperation or a driver error'' then it says '' make sure you have a working OpenGL hardware renderer and try again'' Please help me! Note : I use a additional hard drive to play the sims as my computer hasn't got to much space help me :(

    Hmm. I own the game and haven't encountered this problem. I remember a while ago a pop up would come up and say something that shut down my game. I just restarted my computer, took the disc in and out and it eventually went away. I would check the Sims 3 website for help or call them for help... http://www.thesims3.com/
