What to do when your bored?

  • ok so im trying to cut down and loose a little weight.im a teen with ADD so i get bored really easily. whenever i get bored i find myself going to eat something even though im not hungry, now i dont want some mindless thing to do when im bored, i actually want to accomplish something and not get bored. i need a fun things to do so i stop eating.thx alot

    When ever you start to get bored just keep your self busy doing something. Plan out what you'll spend your time doing maybe you'll paint you're nails then call your friend, then redecorate you're room, watch TV, Listen to music, paint a picture, go out, ect. Just keep the mind of of eating. And don't always keep you're self away from the kitchen, if you need a little energy boost have a fruit.
