What are some fun camping activities?

What are some fun things to do on a camping trip? Games, drinking games, activities...?

  • We are going on a four day camping trip and I know the obvious answers like fishing, shooting, fourwheeling, hiking, etc... but I am looking for some fun ideas! One night the girls all play King's Cup and during the day sometimes we play flag football or something but I am trying to think of some fun things to do with everyone while we are out there. There are people of all ages so I'm open to anything!

Well, I'll offer a suggestion but I'm not sure you'll like it. Sometime's it's just kind of cool to sit around the fire and talk. Nature has a way of making that a pretty cool thing to do. But please don't bring Yahtzee. That noise is really bad for those people who go camping for the peace and quiet, you know? Enjoy your trip. Kiss a tree for me. They deserve it.

Besides the obvious a sleeping bag and a tent you should bring: Mosquito repellent, flashlight, day back pack, sun block, 9mm, pull over sweater, hiking shoes or good shoes to hike in, .44 Magnum, good socks, small first aid kit and a snake bite kit if you're in that kind of country that have snakes.
