Average velocity & average acceleration?

I am doing a "Free-Fall" lab in physics and I have to find the average velocity and acceleration. I read the directions so many times and I still can not figure out how to find these values. In the lab I'm doing, we are dropping a ball on Earth, the Moon, and Mars. If someone could just help me with Earth I think I could figure the other two out. Thank you! My lab table is as follows: Earth Seconds 0.0 0.2 0.4 0.6 0.8 1 Meters 0 .2 .8 1.8 3.2 4.58 (except "seconds"&"meters" are next to each other.) Thanks again!

1) average velocity = total displacement / total time = 10.54 / 3 = 3.513 m/sec 2) and in free fall the acceleration will be a = g = 9.8 m/sec^2. throughout the motion.
