You've been given a formula for "maximum efficiency of a heat engine" in terms of the two temperatures. All you have to do is plug them in. For instance it's about halfway down this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermal_efficiency and at the bottom of this page: http://www.bluffton.edu/~bergerd/NSC_111/thermo5.html That's the maximum efficiency. Your engine is at 3/5 of maximum efficiency.
