Wavelength/frequency. Lets see wavelength is in meters and frequency is in per seconds. So it would wavelength times frequency. There may be a constant other than one, but I dont recall it.

You can calculate speed of wave in a light rope by using meter scale and stopwatch . Find distance traveled by wave and time. And use simple formula speed=distance/time.
