What are some careers in the health field that do not require medical school?

What can I do with a bachelors in health science? Please help?

• I am currently a biology major and I want to change my major because my major requires too much math. And programs such as physician assistant and physical therapist only require 1 college math. If I change my major to health science do I still have a broad field of careers available? I was also thinking about majoring in psychology. I feel that majoring in biology is more for premed students and I'm not sure if I am interested in medical school. I need a major that has a lot of options available and that im not "stuck" when I graduate. Please help. Thanks.

  First off, don't do a bachelor in Psychology unless you're planning on getting a Master's or doctorate in it, or are trying to work as a counselor of social worker. There's very little you can do with a Bachelor in psychology only. As for a bachelor in health sciences...there's not really much you can do with except maybe hospital administration and probably not even that. To have a broad career in health science, you really need to go for at least a master's, or go into a program geared toward a specific job.
