Can amebiasis be cured and how?

What is the treatment of 4th Degree Medio Lateral Episiotomy? Is this worst stage of Episiotomy can be cured?

• A patient have 4th Degree Episiotomy and her cutting area was even more than Medio-Lateral incision. Her sufferings was also more terrible for stitching twice during the delivery because of mistake in first stitching. How and when she can be cured? If any times she get any injury in the affected area through leg slip cut in any greasy land or any other incident which increase the pain; then have it any bad affect or influence over the healing process? We know that, most of the Episiotomy patients became completely cured. But I do not know about this type of case, which happened about this patient. Do anybody know about the patients who have same level and conditon of Episiotomy like this patient and became cured completely? How I can assured about the safety? If no infection happened within one month, can I think that, all was done properly and I have survived? After how many days of Episiotomy I can assure that, I became totally safe from any risk of infection or any other problems?
