What can I do about sweating so much?

How can i stop sweating so much?

  • I don't care about sweating at the moment although id prefer if i didnt. I'm a sporty person and I'm pretty fit as in I can run for ages and im good at most sports, but im a girl and i sweat so much its really embarassing. I wear a tshirt and tracksuit bottoms and i still sweat like crazy... In the summer I will be playing lots of sports with this guy I like and i don't want to have sweating pouring out of me .. and I don't want big patches of wet on my underarms and back.. My face sweats alot too :( I'd be wearing shorts and a tshirt but I'll still be sweating. Any tips to stop it? I've tried most deoderants and I live in ireland. Please answer thanks!! :)

    I have no idea if this will work, but - unless you do this anyway - wearing natural fibres such as cotton or linen. Anything that can breath. Perhaps you could have a chat with your doctor and see if there is some medical thing you could do. Sorry that I am not much help.
