Answer:
I can assume that you are having sex, although you did not specifically say so. If you have not missed any pills during the cycle and this is the first 'breakthrough' bleeding that you have had, it is unlikely that you are pregnant, since the pill does prevent ovulation (which would normally occur midcycle between periods). If you are having cramps and bleeding that is unusual, it is more likely that you have an infection contracted from having unprotected sex. You need to go to a clinic and be tested for STDs right away so that you will not have any longterm scarring which could prevent you from getting pregnant in the future or cause chronic pain that never goes away and might require a hysterectory to fix. It is possible that you are pregnant because the pill didn't work or you missed a pill or two and so weren't protected from ovulation and pregnancy risk. You can buy a home pregnancy kit and get an accurate result as early as two weeks into a pregnancy, but the further along you are the more accurate the test (which is as accurate as the ones done in doctor's offices!). Regardless, try to calm down and deal with things sensibly. If you felt you are old enough to be having sex, then you must feel you are old enough to deal with all the possible consequences that could happen. Please be responsible and get things checked out, and even if nothing is wrong with you and you aren't pregnant, use this experience to make good choices for yourself in the future. Sex is a wonderful thing and special as is a relationship that involves this. You are valuable and worth being treasured and respected.
