What hormone is the highest amount at the time of ovulation?

Do I have a hormone problem?

  • During ovulation I get crazy crying spells, sometimes I experience fatigue during ovulation. When I have my period I feel mostly fine. Its just during ovulation that my emotions seem hard to handle. Here are some things that may have something to do with my hormone levels; I am 19 I am married I have sex every day we use condoms, I am not on birth control I weigh 111 and I'm 5'4" and I wear a 34 D (I'm not sure if breast size has to do with hormone balance or not) I have mild acne in the T-zone area I have a somewhat stressful job My breasts often swell/fluctuate in size and become tender My cycle is always on time but my symptoms vary drastically. One month I'll be crying my eyes out for three days, and the next month I am as chipper as anyone. Does it sound like I have a hormone problem or is all of this normal?

This sounds normal to me, especially since you're still pretty young. If it's really bothering you, you could probably go see your doctor, but I bet he would tell you you're perfectly fine.

You might have a hormone problem, you might have another kind of problem (such as problems with your ovaries or other health issues), you might have no problem. I'd recommend asking your doctor what's going on and seeing if there's anything that can be done. Also, look into going on the pill -this can help regulate your hormone levels, and it also helps with acne for many people, plus I'm assuming at 19 you don't wanna get pregnant quite yet, and if you're married probably don't want to bother with condoms (assuming you are both fully monogamous).

It sounds normal to me. I read on beinggirl.com that you get crazy moods swings and fatigue before your period. You may just be PMSing
