I feel depressed all the time.

I'm tired ALL OF THE TIME, slightly depressed, and feel like doing nothing, yet want to do something?

  • This started about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I was really depressed thinking life was pointless, then as the days passed I felt better and now am only very slightly depressed. I also got light headed evry now and then, and still get lighi headed every now and then. But then about a week ago I started getting tired ALL THE TIME. The only time I'm not tired is a few hours in the afternoon. I get plenty of sleep and I'm not stressed about anything. But... I'm supposed to start my period in 2 days. I was thinking "Does PMS really get this bad?" I've never been that depressed or tired before. And usually I only get moody, not depressed, when PMSing. But also, other than last month I haven't had my period in 6 months. I am 15. So is it just PMS? My mom thinks since other than last month since I haven't had my period in about half a year my hormones are just really off balance + PMS. Is she right?

Yes, PMS can be absolutely awful. I go through it every single month. Make sure you get plenty of exercise and eat properly.
