How can you tell if your bladder is full?

I think i just got my period today... how do i tell my parents & why does my bladder cramp?

  • Answer:

Just be straight forward about it. She's your mother; this type of thing is normal. Every girl goes through their menstrual cycle sooner or later. For the cramps, take a pain reliever. Tylenol, Advil, Midol, etc. It'll work wonders.

When you have a period its normal for your stomache to have cramping. You better get used to it cause it usually happens everytime you have a period. I don't think its your bladder.lol but. just tell her mother. Say mom i am a woman, she will probably look at you funny then tell her that you started.

you mean your stomach area feels crampy? that comes with the period. just tell your mom because she can teach you how to deal with and manage it and everything. but until then, make sure you put on a pad because you don't want to ruin your pants.

Cramps are normal, they'll happen once in a while. As for telling your mom, ask to talk to her alone, she'll understand. She's been through it before. Also, look up info on periods, that's sure to help! Good luck!

I remember when I got my first period, I was very scared to tell my mom. I ended up just walking into the bathroom and blurting it out. Once you tell her, it won't be near as bad as you think it is going to be. She went through the same thing at one point in her life. She will be expecting you to get it soon, so it shouldn't come as a suprise. If you are still scared to tell her, try calling her or leaving her a note so that you don't have to do it face to face. You don't need to be scared! It is a completely natural thing. Once you get used to your period, you will feel very comfortable with it. Before you know it, you will be talking about your period with guys and stuff and it will be no big deal. I was exactly like you when I first got it, but now it is no big deal. The cramping you feel might actually be abdominal cramping which is completely normal when you get your period. Try taking some Midol and a warm shower. Welcome to womanhood!
