How do I make a cartoon and put it on YouTube?

step 1. make a cartoon using adobe flash cs5 or some other animating program. step 2. render the file as a windows movie file (I don't know the mac equivalent, sorry). step 3. open a youtube account on www.youtube.com. step 4. click "upload video" on your new youtube channel. step 5. browse and select the file you wish to upload. step 6. wait an ungodly amount of time for your 2 minute video to be uploaded and vetted for copyrighted content. step 7. bring joy to the world.

If you are going to create your own anime then think of some story, draw out the scenes in detail in photoshop or maya or something and use windows movie maker or some other advanced software to connect those. It will save it in.wmv format which can then be downloaded on youtube. If your going to use some already existing cartoon then just download the required video's, open them in windows movie maker or some other software ( u can use clip from different episode or cartoon and you can also add music) and save it. then upload it on youtube.
