What is this anime called?

A while back i watched a anime and I have no clue what it is called, help?

• She had strands of hair on her head that were shaped together like a heart and went on a train in the first episode to a sort of organization that helped people or something, and, oh! There were snowflakes in the opening! And one of the episodes was a girl, and she ended up on a roof or something and she screamed "This isn't what I want!!" Or something like that, and I think the main girl, she was also in high school, and it also had a semmy long name I suppose, and she had sort of odd esper powers and I would really be grateful if someone could tell me what this anime was, if you need more information, I can probaly try to remember some more, but if someone could really tell me what this anime is I would be really greatful, thanks, The girl had brown hair and Heart shaped strands or those things that some anime characters have sticking out of there head, except hers were two seperate pieces shaped together like a heart, and it was about her joinig the organaization and helping people with there problems I think, and the anime was called something sort of weird, or atleast pretty long. In the first one or two episodes she was getting on a train and this guy came up to her and talked to her or gave her something.
