Could any saxophone expert help me choose a sax?

I don't know what to choose... i don't know where to go? help!?

• I am in year 9 (start of the year) and last year at school we all had to choose 2 electives. I chose drama and art, but after we all chose what we wanted to do, our teacher told us that we had to choose in a certain way, so most people didn't get what they wanted, including me! (they had 2 lines, you had to choose from, one from each, all the good ones were on the same line as drama, so they put me into food tech) anyway, after that i only had 3 to choose from, and now, in yr 9 they are giving me another chance to trial and see which i want. The problem is if i change i can't change back, and i don't know which one to choose (so i have 1 final chance to choose the elective i want to do!). the 3 i can choose out of are: information and software technology, food tech, or dance! now you are probably thinking that i should choose which ever one i enjoy best and what ever one will get me closer to where you want to end up but the problem is i have NO idea what career path i want to go down! i love art, but i chose drama over art, i am scared about that desicion too! but i am going to stick with drama, because it is harder to get help with that subjest out of school. so i am now stuck with the other desicion- i don't have that long to decide! anyway, so, i love dance, it is so fun and i am quite good, but i don't beleive it gets you far, food tech i think would be very useful and i could get a career out of it but drama and food tech don't really go together(i would have to do commerce), and IST (information and software technology) would be really helpful for future reference as this world is after all a very computer based world! BUT- my dream is to become an actress, but i have heard it is REALLY hard, so i am not sure, dance would help alot, but i am afraid i would be waisting my education!!! i don't really have any other passion exept for art, but i can't do that SO... i don't know what to do! I WANT TO CHOOSE DANCE BUT I AM HESITATING BECAUSE I THINK I DON'T REALLY HAVE A GREAT CHANCE TO BECOME AN ACTRESS (as i don't get the greatest opportunities to try, especially since i am australian,) AND EVEN THOUGH IST ISN'T THAT FUN, IT WOULD BE GOOD EDUCATION AND GOOD FOR MY HSC! i feel terrible stressing so much, and i know at this age i should just enjoy myself, but i am truly worried, cause all my friends know where they want to go and i don't! I WOULD LOVE YOUR OPINION!!! please help, what should i do?

  Go with your heart. Seriously. You already know how to use a computer, obviously, and you can go a lifetime without ever needing to know how to build a network or load a new operating system. That's why God made the Geek Squad! :) Henry Ford said once, "Whether you believe that you can or cannot, you'll find that you're right." If you have your heart set on the lights an the cameras, GO FOR IT. Do whatever it takes! And good luck! It sounds to me as if you - like your friends - know *exactly* what you want to do. Honor your dream by working hard to get there! The time will come when you find other things that interest you aswell. It might be computer science or being a private detective. Who knows? But when you have a passion, all you can do is follow it wherever it leads, and ignore the people who tell you that you don't have a chance!
