They're closely related, actually. Ethics are the moral rules you live by which guide you to do all of the good (right) things you do. Integrity is the mental state of being ethical. For instance, allowing someone to sit somewhere they aren't supposed to be sitting simply because it is the right thing to do is ethical. When other people ridicule you for allowing it, your integrity tells you that you it doesn't matter because you did the right (ethical) thing.
