How much do you get paid for making a website?

Can i ask an employer how much they are making on each load if i get paid by percentage...?

• I'm a truck driver in the oilfield business and I officially recieved my first real paycheck from them this past friday... Now i get paid 25% of the load i deliver to the rigs... Now, on the frieght bill, it says,(for example) The charge for frieght is 1300.00 dollars... Now, i've worked for other company's who have paid 25% of a load after they take out fuel surcharges, and i still got paid more than 200 dollars for the load... Well, the company i work for now actually take 25% of the 1300 dollars and pay you 25% of that! Now is that fair!? NOO! Is there any way i can actually see their frieght bills and see how much i am actually suppose to get paid? Do i have rights to see how much they are actually making and fight for more pay! I work for peanuts! I am a professional truck driver and this is very insulting to me! They don't supply you with very much equipment, they say that we have to provide the tools for the job.... I did 5 loads and went out over 150 miles one way on each load! They don't pay per diem, they don't pay you for being on standby and Then they expect you to be available whenever they call you for work! What can i do!? P.S. I only cleared 470.00 dollars for the week.... Now you know what i'm working for...
