How To Get Rid Of Mice?

How to get rid of mice problem at my school, help! im facilities director?

• Im the security/facilitates director, within the last week or so ive been getting several emails from teachers, staff, that they have been finding mice droppings and on the floor and on their desks. A few students have came up to and told me theyve seen mice run behind desks, counters etc. My question is I've already called the pest control they've been out here they said the most they can do is set mouse traps and glue pads, so at night i have the maintenance crew set them up in areas where they were seen and i myself remove them in the morning, so far we've only caught about 2 or 3. Our school is built on a field in san diego county, so im sure theyre field mice coming inside for food and shelter. Are there any other useful techniques in catching mice? or getting rid of them? Any suggestions would be great.

  There are electronic devices now that are fairly cheap that are quite tiny and plug into any outlet. They emit a high frequency which is detected by mice and drives them away (much like a dog whistle which humans cannot hear). I believe they come in packs of 3 or more. Just plug them in any classroom that reports the problem. This should drive them back into the fields.
