I had a terrible experience with Pay Pal. I bought an item for under $20. and my credit card was billed for over $900 from someone in England, and $1600 from someone in France. What a mess. Paypal did not back their mistake. I got my money back thru my credit card company, but it took over 6 months. BEWARE.
