Why haven't I received my package from USPS?

USPS lists package as delivered, but I haven't received it?

  • I ordered a bluray directly from Amazon.com a few days ago, and they shipped it with USPS with an estimated arrival of February 16th. The USPS site, with the tracking number I was given, says that it was delivered at 6:00 am this morning. My neighborhood never gets our mail until at least 3:00 pm, and my package isn't in my mailbox or on my front porch. I've been home all day, and no one has dropped anything off. I plan to wait until after our regular mail is delivered today before I call the post office. But if it doesn't show up with it, what should I do about finding out where it is or what happened to it? I've heard USPS refuses to do anything once a package is listed as "delivered"

  • Answer:

It is possible that the scan you saw was mis-inputted into the system. Or it was suppose to be Arrival at unit instead of Delivered. check with the carrier.
