How to sell my Art & Crafts products without much expenses?

Hi, I have very unique handicraft products imported from India and Indonesia. I tried selling in the flee market but was in vain. This was because the customers in the flee market are poor people who wants second hand products at very cheap price. I cannot rent a shop in a busy shopping mall as it is very expensive. What are the other oppurtunities for me to sell my products where I could target art lovers and rich people? Is it possible for me to sell along the road side? Is there any rules and guidelines to sell on the road? I am in Miami by the way. Please let me know the possiblities to set up a low cost selling outlet. Your reply is appreciated.
