We all feel a bit like that from time to time. Take a deep breath or two. Stop and look hard at the problem. Think of the worst thing that can happen...is anybody going to die if I do this? If the answer is no, come down a level, eventually what appears to be the worst problem in the world suddenly shrinks to its real size. Secondly, if you are overwhelmed, divide the job up into pieces and make priorities. Then do number one first, don't even think about anything else only number one job. When you finish, do the same with number two job and so on. The overwhelming pile will get smaller and smaller and at the end you will ask yourself what all the fuss was about.
