What is good vocal training software?

Companies have cost and training implications-what are they? with regard to hardware + software?

• i am doing an ict assessed essay in class for my course work and we are allowed to take in notes but i can't find anything online to do with the cost and training implications for companies. The question says 'many companies have cost and training implications-what are they : for users and workers: for employers? what are the cost and training implications with regard to hardware and software?' PLEAS HELP ASAP

  The cost would cover the hardware purchased, the software purchased.& training cost The time taken away from other office duties to train someone to use the software would be considered training cost to learn how to use the software. The hardware usually stands on it own and other than how to turn it on or turn it off is the only training needed. What good would the software be if no one knew how to use it properly. Usually the training costs are the persons hourly rate x how many hours they trained on the software.
