Can my restaurant refuse to serve this guy burgers?

I work for a big fast food chain restaurant. There is this one guy who built a burger joint right next to our restaurant. He comes in our place everyday and talks a lot of junk to us and only orders a small fry. He talks so much junk and says he is gonna put us out of business. Sometime she asks to see our manager, Terry, so he can talk major junk to him, too. This guy is a pain in the butt. He wears gold chains and flashy clothes and he is very arrogant. He parks his car, a Jaguar, in our parking lot and he parks it weird so it takes up two spaces. Can we just refuse to serve this guy a small fry?

Talk to your manager about your concerns - it should be the manager who makes that decision not you. But absolutely your manager can choose to refuse any customers they want. Personally if he's walking around with such a horrible and unprofessional attitude I wouldn't be worried at all about him taking your business.

You can refuse to have the guy on the property period if the owner of your work so chooses. You would have to get the word straight from the owner or your manager not to serve him. If you refuse to serve him on your own you will be the one getting in trouble.
