How can I send an ebay second chance offer to the same bidder again? Please read on...?

This is the situation: I had an item on ebay that was sold with a total of 19 bids. The winning bidder no longer wants the item, so I sent a second chance offer to the second highest bidder. The offer was for 3 days. This bidder contacted me and told me they would like to buy the item, but could not pay for it within the 3 days of the offer. So, the second chance offer has now expired, but the bidder would still like the item and I would like to sell it to them. I know I can't send a second chance offer to the same bidder twice, so what can I do? I there a 'legal' ebay way to go about it? Thanks for your help!

When the bidder is willing to pay, I would just recreate the auction in buy it now form, and send the link straight to them, so they can pay immediately with no risk of competition. It should be a smooth transaction if they pay straight away.
