Where/how to order shoes in bulk?

i love designing shoes. however, id like to start by working off of an already existing shoe and "decorate" it. where can i buy shoes, in one (my) size, of bulk number? (up to maybe 50 or 70 pairs) i want something like this http://www.myglassslipper.com/wedding-shoes/paris-hilton/corey-6511 to work off of. hoping to get them for under $7 (because you can buy plain peep toe shoes from a retailer like ROSS for around 12, so by cutting out the store i'm hoping to get them cheeper)
