Where did my orders on Amazon go?

Have amazon trade in money from games decided to buy two games.then soon after account is under review why?

• so as stated on the topic a few weeks ago i sent in some games to amazon trade it. a few days ago i finally got my money, they deposited in to my gift card balance. i had enough to buy to xbox 360 games, i placed an order for a pre order game and a few days later i placed an order for a game that was already out, went threw got the order number, but then a few minutes later i go back to sign in to my amazon account and it wont let me so i change the password and still doesnt work. so then i try to chat with customer service and they say my account is under review and someone will contact you within 24hours and thats all the info they game me. i even asked with this affect my orders,will i still get my games, all they say is we dont have that information. so now i dont know what to do, i didnt do anything wrong so i dont see why they are reviewing my account. my questions has this happend to anyone before what are the results? and second questions since it is under review and cant sign in will i still receive my orders? just to clarify i didnt directly sell the games to a customer, i went on the amazon website they had a place where you look up the games you want to trade in, amazon gives you a free shipping label to print out. you put the games in the box and ship it to them. then they receive it at there warehouse and they have a specialist look the games to make sure there in good condition. when you are picking the games you want to trade in there is a good condition, acceptable, and poor. i sent in games that i thought were acceptable and they gave me a good on them and the money for it, so thats not my fault. once they verify your games they deposit money into your gift card balance

  Perhaps those games you sold weren't working or were in no where near the condition you described them in. People may have filed complaints against you. If amazon considers you a cheat, then you will be forced to pay amazon back.
