Is national agents alliance a good company to work for?

Help! I made a mistake scheduled meetings with 2 different real estate agents from same company!?

  • Hi, I am a real estate investor and i wanted to interview a few real estate agents before I choose one to work with. I got recommendations on a few. However, I learned that two of them work for the same company! so I strongly prefer to meet only one of them because obviously they will know about each other. What should I tell the one I am canceling? how can I explain why I cancel? please keep in mind there is a good chance he will eventually find out that I work with his team member - the other guy from his company since it is a small city and everyone knows each other there. THANKS.

Tell the truth that you have set appointment with both Or hire the company instead since they most likely work as a team if you are buying foreclosure or short sales ..We do the same in 3 state Arizona Cali and Florida and we just hire the real estate company that way we have more looking for properties since they all work on commission
