How to get money back from ebay?

I got scammed on ebay, how do i get my money back?

• I bought a phone off ebay perhaps 2 weeks ago now, And i transferred the money using paypal. The seller had all positive feedback so i thought it was safe enough, but it turns out it was a scam. He also scammed me into resolving the claim i put out against him to get my money back when he wasn't replying to my questions to him after i bought it. Apparently you can only make one claim and i resolved it, so i'm thinking there's not much i can do. It was an expensive phone so i'd really like my money back. Is there any way i can get my money back, even though i took out a claim but resolved it? I transferred using paypal. Can i contact ebay and tell them what happened, and would they listen or care? Or be able to do anything about it?? I'm still quite new to ebay so i don't know my way around it too well either. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and you don't have to tell me how stupid i am to fall for a scam either (i already know it was stupid!!) Thanks in advance :)
