    Just don't pay. They will put a strike against your account thats all. Get two or more strtikes, Ebay will put restrictions on your account for a little bit . Or delete your account/ Let that one go bad, and make a new account. Also if someone eles has bidded on that item, and you tell the seller you don't want the item anymore(for whatever reasons) the seller will then offer the other bidder a second chance off and break your "contract" *The first thing you could do is just ask the the seller to cancel the bid, he/she may ask you to pay for the re-listing cost.. (usually less than 5 bucks)
