What happens at a Hollister 'group interview'?

  You live in the UK so i'm not sure if it's the same, but in the US, the Hollister interviews are very laid back. You want to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early, and you'll take a seat at the couches usually located right in front of the cash wraps/ cash registers. Here you should talk and interact with the other people who also applied because your managers will be walking around and watching how you interact. So don't be shy, bring out your social side. Once it's time for your interview, usually at 4pm (idk about the UK), but the manager will come at make sure that everyone who applied and signed up for this interview day is here, they'll great you and lead you out of the store to a quieter place. Usually just outside of the mall, food court, really wherever there are comfortably seats. So there are probably going to be about 5-8 people, but it could be more, you want to get a seat closest to manager and when he/she finishes talking and going over polices, try to get the clipboard first. Because that basically means you're talking first. Which believe me, you'll want. The questions will differ depending if you're applying for impact or model. But the most important, is "what is diversity and why is it important in the workplace?" Make sure you know this before hand. Now if you're applying for model, you're basically talking about your strengths and talking about the company and what you can bring to it. If you're applying for impact, you're talking about experiences and need exampleswith working alone or in a group or in a short amount of time and stuff like that. There's really no best way of getting hired, just be fun, laidback, social and don't be awkward. You want to be fun because hollister is a fun party atmosphere, so you want to show them that you can bring that but still maintain a job. good luck :]
