How do I create an account on DramaWiki?

I m suspended by ebay,going to create new account with everything new but same computher?

So i m going to create a new account with everything new such as email id,bank account,credit card,address and name but wat if i use same computer?Will they be able to find out that i m same person bcoz of same computer or ip address?
