Is getting a job at Taco Bell hard?

My job at taco bell?!?

• so i just started my job at taco bell. working FULL time. keep that in mind. i started in early november and did online training for about 2 weeks. and i got about 8 hours a week for doing that. (understandable) after i finished the online courses, i started getting trained on the floor. and still had the 8 hours a week thing. that is understandable too. well, now its about a MONTH later, and i am still getting around 8 dollars an hour. i got the hang of everything, and i STILL dont have full hours. and even NEWER people than me are getting at least 30 hours a week! i asked some of my managers about it, my store manager said i will get more hours, but my assistant managers looked shocked when i told them what was going on. is it normal to still be getting this much even after i have been working here over a MONTH?!

  Firstly, you should query the reason behind newer persons being given preferential treatment over you who were there before. them. It sounds to me that there is some inconsistency in job placement in your work place. I do suggest you try get something on the side to supplement you income seeing that you have extra hours on you hand.
