How much money does eBay take off you when you sell something?

How do i get my money from the buyer on ebay?

  • I've been a buyer for a long while but just started selling on ebay and just got a buyer. i buy stuff with a debit card and i sell with a debit card. i have a paypal account and it is linked to my bank account. (although for some reason paypal doesn't show me how much money i haev left it says $0.00 so i have to check it on citizens bank.com) so... how do i collect my payment? please explain step by step how to do this.. as easy as possible. also, if you could tell me how you pay ebay when you sell something...do they just take it out or do you have to do something to pay them?

  • Answer:

I have no idea what's up with the paypal thing, I don't know what to suggest other than contact paypal directly and tell them that you can't seem to check your balance. Though the fees get added up by ebay and you pay them a the end of the month. You can check your fees when you click on 'my account' :)) The layout of the ebay I use (UK) and the ebay you possibly use (US or AU) are a little different but I'm sure you get what I mean. :)
