How do you host a Star Wars Battlefront game on the pc and join the room on the playstation.?

Ok, I have a Playstation 2 and Battlefront. Online rooms can be pc dedicated. Alright, so Installed battlefront on the pc in the living room and went online with it. little to my dismay, I found only a few rooms online. I went bact to the ps2 and found alot of rooms,(most that are pc dedicated). So how do I host a game online wth the pc and find the same rooms that are pc dedicated on the ps2. More so how do I join the room from the ps2 to the pc on my network.

i dont own this game, but im pretty sure what ur looking for is impossible, ive never known a game to have different console or console/PC players in one server.... apart from phantasy star online with dreamcast and PC haha
