What game making program should we use?

Heyi whant to make a movie out of the game perfect world using the game program for it and i need help?

• ok here it is there this game program name perfect world i like the game lot an i seen ppl on youtube making movies out of it and i whanna do the same but i wonder if some one can help me out like can some one tell me if theres a program that will give the movie cool effecs and how do i start with this i need a full tutorial out of this cause i whant my movie to be awsome i also need a program were i cud use my head set recode my voise or friends voice and add them to the characters i laready have the story ohh and if some one is intersted and have a perfect world character that whants to be in the movie and help out your more than welcome just add me on yahoo [email protected]
