Why can I access my website normally but some users can't?

(rarebot users) how come i cant visit the rarebot.org website?!?!?!!??!?!?!?

I wan't to access the www.rarebot.org website, but it comes up with the "internet explorer cannot display this webpage ----- diagnose connection problems. My internet is working perfectly fine, it says its up on websitedown.com and no on else seems to have trouble, i have checked my firewall, even tried turnig it off, and all my internet opyions. it also works at school, i can access the site, just not at home anymore. if you had the same problem, can you tell me how you overcame it? thanks guys YES! i have tried internet explorer YES! i have tried chrome, ive tried all internet browsers please help i can;t access it............

It's rarebot.net and their either being taken down by Jagex or are being DDOS'd.
