How do you get rid of blurry sims in The Sims 2 game?

How do you get sims (people) you download into the game. (sims 2)?

    go to thesims2.com then click exchange (it has a pinkinsh redish *) then on the left, type in something like teenage girl or whatever you want can u answer this cuz im trying to make it the most answered question on Yahoo!
