What is the biggest problem with xbox360?

Xbox360 hareware problem? and xbox live question?

  • Ok i have a xbox360 elit for 2 years then 2week ago i got the 1 year xbox live then played then the next day i got a hardware problem so i can open my xbox360 know. My question is if i buyed a new xbox360 can i get my 1 year xbox back i i login my account? And how much does it cost to fix it? ( am sure its a hareware problem i checked with xbox360.com)

    im not sure about the cost to fix it but yes u can get ur gamertag back all u hav to do is were u sign in instead go to recover gamertag and put in the correct info it asks for i hav actually had my gamertag for six yrs straight(no name changes either) cuz i recovered it from my reg xbox 2 my xbox360. So make sure u no all ur info that u set up the account with or else u can not get it bak, but usually it is simple questions and i dont think u wil forget ur email u should of used to set it up anywayz.
