I just lost 20Gs(Games for Windows Live) when I was play GTA IV ? How do I get it back ?

Hey Guys ! I was playing a ranked race in Grand Theft Auto IV. I lost the race and I even lost 20Gs (its the 'Cleaned the Mean Streets Achievement'). I am trying to get it back. I have killed several criminals( I guess I have crossed 20 criminals) but i have still not got the achievement back. I even logged into Live but nothing happened. I had 1155Gs but now its 1135Gs. Please Help !

Wow... that's messed up...I've never heard of someone losing an achievement... once you get it you can't lose it... something isn't right here
