Where can I find an S. Italy cosplay outfit?

Where can I find an almost close to perfect TIFA of Final Fantasy VII outfit?! I need to cosplay her!!!?

  • Our Geology professor gave the whole class a punishment for being late in his class.. The reason why the whole class was late was because our classroom was changed and we had absolutely no idea that it was so we waited for quite a long time in a room that was no longer supposed to be ours! DAMN..So as a punishment, we are REQUIRED to dress up like our favorite super hero during our GEOLOGY FINAL EXAMS!!! So damn embarrassing.. So I need to like find a really nice costume for Tifa.. OH! And I need it to be a store not online shopping please..And if possible, a store that can easily be accessed since I'm just a first year college student and I'm still new here in Manila..I live in the Philippines by the way..And the reason why I can't do online shopping is because I'm only sixteen.. So please help! I need it next year but I need to prepare now.. I might not have time for it later as I get busier and busier as days pass by..

sorry to say but you wont find a tifa costume in a local store , unless you are in japan , you will have to do it online.
